Canadian Winter

We had the first cold weekend.
I know it's only going to get colder from here on in.
We went for a few walks.
This is us going to pick up stuff at the library.








After a week off after the vacation, to recover from the vacation, it's back to work!

I'm Back

I'm finally back from vacation.
I really missed home.
I do not like cruises and rocky boats.
There is soooo much to catch up on, I dont even remember what I was doing before I left.

I'm going to take a few days to get back on track.

Vacation!

I want to say "phew!" but it's not over yet.
Last week was my husband's birthday. We celebrated 4 days in a row, starting with a surprise visit from my sister-in-law the day before his birthday.

I was all packed up to go knitting and she came down to take us out for dinner.
This is what happens when you have family that live far away with busy schedules.
I was sad to miss the knitting night, but I had a great dinner.

The next day my husband and I went out alone, the following day we relaxed, saturday we went out for lunch with my mother-in-law and other sister-in-law and my niece and nephew, and sunday was at my parents house!

This week is hectic too because we are going on a cruise. We have 4 more days to get ready. There is so much to get ready! I hope that it will be fun and relaxing once we are actually on the boat.

I'm going to spend my time tanning, eating, reading, and crocheting.
